Registrations for the Conference will be open from early March 2018.

Registrations are to be made via the online registration system.

Registration Options

  • Pre Conference Workshop to be held on Tuesday 6th November 2018 at the Stamford Plaza Adelaide.
  • 3 day Conference Event to be held from Wednesday 7th November – Friday 9th November 2018 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Registration includes a ticket to the dinner.
  • Day registration to one of the days of the 3-day Conference Event.

Registration Rates

Pre Conference Workshop  

$330 incl. of GST

3 day Conference Event

Super Early Bird Rate              $700 incl. of GST – commences 1 March 2018 & closes 31 May 2018. Dinner ticket included.

Early Bird Rate                         $800 incl. of GST – commences 1 June 2018 & closes 30 July 2018. Dinner ticket included.

Standard Rate                          $850 incl. of GST – commences 1 August 2018. Dinner ticket included.

Daily Rate                                 $300 incl. of GST –  set rate each day. Dinner ticket not included.

Additional Dinner Tickets       $120 incl. of GST

Registration Payments

We encourage payment to be made at the time of registration to confirm your registration and attendance. The online system will allow payment by credit card, EFT/ bank transfer or cheque. Please note your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received by ADAC and a credit card levy will be added to all credit card transactions.

Registration Cancellations & Amendments 

Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser. Cancellations received before Monday 7 October 2018 will receive a refund less 20% administration fee. Requests for refunds for cancellations received after Sunday 6 October 2018 will not be granted.
