Melissa Saunders

Melissa is a Gunggari woman from Queensland and the Program Manager for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Mental Health and Wellbeing at the Queensland Mental Health Commission.  Melissa has worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across different sectors including criminal justice, human rights and family violence. Her qualifications include a Master of Human Rights Law and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Indigenous Studies and Psychology.
