Louise Kelly

Louise Kelly is the Deputy CEO at Offenders Aid & Rehabilitation Services (OARS) Community Transitions.  She has a background in criminology & criminal justice and a passion for reducing recidivism and reintegrating offenders back into the community. Louise has worked across all services within OARS and, in 2016 was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to travel internationally to research initiatives to reduce recidivism through supported reintegration and rehabilitation.
