Craig Thorogood

Craig’s work experience in AOD for youth and adult corrections is extensive:  a Case Manager for Commit to Change in Alice Springs; a youth worker at Don Dale and Alice Springs Juvenile Justice Centres; and outreach case manager in remote communities.  Craig has extensive experience in disability, youth and aged residential care, prison and youth detention, post-suicide and the Stand By Program, AOD and mental health. He has lived experience with AOD.  Craig’s training has included Indigenous Mental Health First Aid, Aboriginal languages, Using Interpreter Services, Neurobiology of Complex Trauma and drug and alcohol testing.
